A dreamy fusion of two beloved desserts — banoffee pie and tiramisu. This no-bake treat features layers of buttery biscuit crust, caramelized bananas, espresso-kissed cream, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Perfect for coffee lovers and banana dessert fans alike!


📝 Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 200g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)

  • 100g unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 3–4 ripe bananas

  • 1 can (400g) dulce de leche or caramel sauce

  • 250g mascarpone cheese

  • 200ml heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp brewed espresso (optional for tiramisu flavor)

For the Topping:

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

  1. Prepare the crust:

    • Crush the biscuits finely and mix with melted butter.

    • Press into the base and sides of a tart pan.

    • Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
