The Oreo Chocolate Mousse Cake is a decadent dessert that combines elegance and deliciousness. Its base is a rich Oreo crust, which creates a satisfying crunch beneath the silky cookies and cream mousse. The light and delicious mousse is studded with crushed Oreo cookies, giving each bite a fun texture.

Crowning the cake is a glossy chocolate ganache that catches the light like polished glass, making the dessert as beautiful as it is delicious. Garnished with halved Oreos and sprigs of fresh mint, it has the perfect balance of indulgence and freshness.

Stir in crushed Oreos, then mix in the melted gelatin.

Spread mousse over the crust and refrigerate 4–6 hours or overnight until firm.
